2011 Review
I'm working on my christmas card for 2011 while recovering from a head cold. It's the last beautiful weekend of September and I really want to get outside but I'll take a moment to reflect on the fun times Paige and I had in 2011.
Here's a list by month of the fun things we got to do:
January-
February-
March-
April-
May-
June-After school let out for the summer we went on our 1st and only camping trip of the season to Moose Lake State Park. It was the State Parks systems 'Free Weekend' so we also toured Split Rock and Gooseberry Falls.
July-We did lots of fun stuff this month including visiting with Dad when he was up for a few weeks, celebrating the 4th of July with a bike ride on the Big Rivers Regional Trail by Harriet Island and watching fireworks with Kelly Lanz and her cousins at the Covington Inn Houseboat and going to George and Lori's cabin on Sauk Lake.
August-Paige's birthday month. She had a perfect birthday party at Loraine park in SSP. We ordered Domios Pizza, went swimming at the splash pool and enjoyed playing with her friends and cousin Aubrey on the playground.
Moms Birthday was an interesting combination of Chucky Cheeses and an adult night at Coates and drinking at her townhome with Matt, GG, Mom and I.
September-Back to school on the 6th. Piano Lessons start up on the 27th. GG's 79th Birthday was celebrated at Red Lobster.
